How do I pick up my order?

• • Please keep an eye out for the email that indicates your order is ready for pickup. I have instructions in that email of where to find your order upon arrival at my home workshop.

When can I pick up my order?

• • As soon as you get the email, it is ready. You can come anytime; your order is set outside for your convenience.

Where do I pick up my order?

• • 619 11th Ave S Nampa, ID is my home workshop. Please park in the alley way (near the large grey garage), your order will be set by the man door of the garage located in the backyard area.  

When will my order ship?

• • Orders ship within 1-2 business days. 

What if I don't like my soap?

• • I try to describe the soap the best I can. All the ingredients are listed, so you can see everything in each bar. I offer refunds, and exchanges on unopened, unused products. Please get in touch with me via email at hello@ merakitwist.com
